Aladdin, a premier catering company, is proud to provide on-site food service and catering for the Medical College of Wisconsin. Our menu is not limited to what you see. Please look to us to customize unique and exciting special events! We will work closely with you to develop a menu suitable to meet your needs and are happy to help you at any time. Medical College of Wisconsin catering hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm weekdays with a 75.00 minimum order. Deliveries outside stated hours and locations MAY include an additional fee at the discretion of the Catering Director. The more planning notice we have for you event the better the plan will be. We ask for a minimum of 72 hours prior to the start of your event. Events with less notice can still occur but please note, menu substitutions may be necessary.

Linen is available for your event and complimentary with ordered buffets as needed. Linen for seating or other tables can be ordered in the online system. All events will be served with compostable plates, utensils and service ware. China service for up 75 guests is available for a $3.00 per guest additional charge.  For larger events, we will rent your china, have it delivered to the event and add the cost to the invoice. Additional staffing will be billed at $25.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.    

Cancellations with less than 24 hours are charged 100% of the proposed event cost at the discretion of the catering director. If production has not taken place, we MAY be able to waive this. Thanks for your understanding.     

Payment can be made by cost center, credit card, check or p-card and can be entered directly into the online system.  

Last minute events Oops! If you’ve planned, ahead but someone else has not …just call us! We understand that last minute events are often scheduled, and we’ll do everything possible to work with you to provide serve. We will create a menu for what we have in house.   

Leftovers For food-illness safety reasons, we do not allow customers to remove ANY food from catered events.
